Safety Tags
The Safety Factory's Safety Tags are used by companies throughout the country. These rugged tags are made of extra-tough plastic, laminated using high-intensity heat and pressure, which makes our tags uniquely durable and resistant to wear and tear. These tags are often exposed to the most extreme conditions, including oil platforms, automobile manufacturing, forestry, machinery plants, salt water, chemical immersion tanks, and countless indoor and outdoor facilities. They do not crack, chip, peel, or decompose even in the toughest conditions. Further, the hard textured matte finish allows pencil, ink, and marker notations that may be erased or changed as often as needed, but won’t come off by accident—even if the tag is immersed in water.
The Safety Factory's laminated safety tags comply with the standards set forth by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Hundreds of stock legends are available, and we create custom tags on demand.
Some of our most popular Safety Tags are as follows:
- Do Not Operate Tags: These tags are required for many Lockout/Tagout applications.
- Operational Tags: These tags explicitly caution, advise, and instruct your employees on various operational procedures and policies.
- Maintenance Tags: Indicate that a machine or area is under repair and should not be used.
- Hazard Material Tags: Warn employees of the presence of hazardous or corrosive materials and remind them to take proper precautions.
- Fire Prevention Tags: Warn employees to use extra care when flammable materials or other fire hazards are present.
