Maintenance Safety Tags

The Safety Factory's Maintenance Safety Tags notify employees when equipment needs to be repaired. These tags are durable and strong and withstand moisture, dirt, grease, chemicals and extreme temperatures. They are reinforced with a 3/8" metal grommet. Printing is encapsulated inside rigid PVC. This rugged material has a durable, hard-matte finish which retains pen, pencil and marker notations and pencil may be erased for multiple use. The tags are clear and effective at reducing accidents and preventing worksite mishaps.

For tagout use, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii)(C)(2) requires a non-reusable, hand-attachable, self-locking and non-releasable attachment with a minimum unlocking strength of 50 pounds. This is an attachment requirement; a tag-body or grommet pull rating alone does not establish compliance.
