Use our Q-Tag® Laminating Pouches when you want to imprint or attach an operator's photo to a safety tag, or when you wish to customize a tag and then seal it in durable plastic for long term notice or lockout situations.
These Q-Tag® Laminating Pouches are used with our Paper Q-Tag® Inserts, DIY Photo ID Safety Tags or with any paper tag of your choice.
Material: 20 mil polyester. Choose the attachment hole and finish in the Hole Size and Finish menu.

For either a 3/16" or 7/16" hole, choose gloss on both sides, gloss on one side with writable matte on the other, or writable matte on both sides. Select the combination in the Hole Size and Finish menu.
Choose a writable matte finish on the side where information will be added after lamination. Gloss-both-sides and mixed gloss/matte options are listed separately.
Use Paper Q-Tag® Inserts or DIY Photo ID safety tags intended for these pouches. If using another paper tag, check that its width and height fit inside the pouch while leaving the sealing margin required by the pouch instructions. The 3/16" and 7/16" options describe the attachment hole, not the tag size.
Yes. Use a compatible pouch laminator and follow the pouch and machine instructions for the selected material. See our desktop pouch laminators and Laminating Pouch Tips for equipment selection and general guidance. These Q-Tag® pouches are compatible with our Durable Pouch Laminators DPL-5000, DPL-6000 and DPL-7000 and DPL-6020NC and DPL-7020NC. No carrier sheet is needed with these machines.
Choose the 7/16" hole option when adding a standard 3/8" grommet. KWB90 Grommet Pliers are intended for applying 3/8" grommets.
No. LTAAA046F, the 3/16" gloss-both-sides option marked 20 per pack, contains 20 pouches. Every other listed hole-size and finish option contains 100 pouches per box. Check the SKU and pack quantity when selecting an option.
For tagout use, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii)(C)(2) requires a non-reusable, hand-attachable, self-locking and non-releasable attachment with a minimum unlocking strength of 50 pounds. This is an attachment requirement; a tag-body or grommet pull rating alone does not establish compliance.
