Models 6020-NC and 7020-NC are built for plants and safety departments that laminate every day: Q-Tag® lockout tags, photo ID tags, procedures, pipe markers, menus, and signs. A thermistor in the lower heater platen feeds a solid-state controller. Set the temperature with the front-panel knob (positions 1–8); a built-in thermometer is standard.
Separate illuminated POWER and READY/RUN switches provide a stand-by mode: keep the heaters at temperature and run the rollers only when a pouch is ready. The vinyl-clad steel chassis has molded side covers, molded silicone rollers, permanently lubricated sintered-bronze bearings, and a fan-cooled exit table with a finned aluminum heat sink.
Available in black, white, or grey with matching or contrasting side covers. Ask about factory calibration for your preferred film.

The front-panel knob sets the operating temperature. The factory calibrates it for standard pouches and can calibrate a machine for a specified film.
Yes. POWER keeps the heaters on; READY/RUN starts the rollers when a pouch is ready.
Both models accept standard Q-Tag® pouches. Ask about a slower motor for extra dwell with heavier film.
A carrier is typically unnecessary for 5/2–5/2 (10 mil total) or thicker pouches. Use a carrier for thinner film.
