Use our DIY Photo ID Safety Tags to put a photo of the person responsible for the lockout directly onto the equipment being locked out. All you need is a camera (smart phone cameras are fine!) and an office printer (inkjet or laser). Make sure your lockouts are easy to identify!
DIY Photo ID Safety Tags are economical and easy to use with these simple steps:
For a laminated finish, follow the pouch and laminator instructions. See Q-Tag Laminating Pouches, grommets and grommet pliers for related supplies. Lamination and a grommet alone do not establish tagout compliance. Select the completed tag and its attachment under the employer's energy-control procedures and the applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5) requirements.
